License Plate Relocation

Hi Everyone;

I'm a relatively new enthusiast-- and I've been seeing other imports in my area do this. They have their front license plates relocated to one side. How is this accomplished for Civics (I don't see a safe latching-on point to use fasteners) ? Do I have to drill into my bumper? Or is there a safer, maybe adhesive alternative?

Any help is appreciated

I just took my license plate holder completely off and bent my plate around the contour of the bottom of my bumper, then ziptied it to the grill. Add a bit of foam tape to the back of the plate so it doesn't scratch the paint, and you're done.
