This is a long shot but are there any kits to extend the bottom grill over to the lower red lights?

Good question. I would like to know this answer too. Never thought about it but it would look good on my taffeta white sedan.
 
Ive been lookin into this too

Was wondering if I could swap the 2012 rear bumper (has no red reflectors) onto my 2013 but it wont fit cause the taillights are a different shape

I think youd need the entire rear bumper from an Si ordered through the dealer, I don't think there's a kit

maybe you could also plastidip or paintmatch the reflectors?
 
You need to swap the entire si bumper with the exhaust cutout.

No, you cannot i just bought that and tried modifying it but it just wasn't meant to be...you need the whole rear bumper
