I am waiting for an RMA to send my bulbs back for a refund. You stated above warranty is one year. And the only way a bulb would not be covered using ballasts not sold by you is that if it is the cause of the issue. My bulb was bad from the getgo. Flickering and jumping. I put the defective bulb with a different ballast. It was still flickering. So it is the bulb. And the ballast is not the issue. Hi 9005. Low 9006. Have not be opened or installed. Fogs H11 have been installed. Then uninstalled due to the issue. Because of this warranty runaround. And not getting any satisfaction because I chose to use your bulbs with my own ballasts is crazy. I just want to return these and be done with it. Please advise. No one is answering my concern in the other thread.

Generally speaking our bulbs come with a one year warranty that will not require you to send anything back, but if the ballasts you are using are causing the bulbs to fail then warranty would not apply. I also noticed that you are interested in a 9005 bulb which i'm assuming is for the DRL/high beams. Did you deactivate the DRL on your vehicle?
