I think Volk Racing CE28. Not sure what size they are, but probably 18". Don't really want to ask the owner since he's a douche.

I'm starting to love the look of meaty tires, I'm getting tired of my ride height and not being able to go somewhere with a few bad scrapes a day and having to avoid speedbumps at all costs ): live and learn....

however, can some one PLEASE tell me what front end this is?! I'm in love!

That bumper in your picture is Asian with Mugen grille.
