Mother Of All Whore Threads Non-VIP Edition v.1

Yea. I went into the doc to get cleared from work and he gave me one of those shots. I was back in action within a day.

Fire pit is on my list of things to do. But there's quite a bit of stuff in front of it. Got a flag pole up today on the garage and I'll be seeding and feeding the yard tomorrow. All in all a productive weekend. Also with all these trips to Lowe's lately...may be considering a truck instead of a civic again. I hate to say it, but a truck would come in handy pretty often for me.

I got to prep our yard as soon as I feel better hopefully tomorrow. I got a yard sweeper I need to go over the yard with it. I also really need to aerate the yard so I can put some more seed down no one has done our yard in a long time.

Good luck on the yards. A few years ago I spent close to $2000 over 2 summers trying to get my yard looking good. Had the soil tested and followed a certain guideline to make it nice. Worked great but when things got tight and didn't have the money for it anymore it went to crap again.

Yea yard care is not cheap at all especially if you are trying to have a weed free yard. I am only planning on adding some centipede and call it good. I might do a little weed control but nothing crazy since this is not my permanent stay.

Just curious if anyone on here has used an online company to refinance a mortgage. We are looking to refinance and not sure if we want to use a local company or go online.

The most I've refinanced are student loans, but my servicer refinances Mortgages, too. I used SoFi; My loan payments are lower than they've ever been now.
