It's like when you try to replicate your grandmas recipes but she never wrote anything down and never used any kind of measuring device, but still always was delicious.

i keep it basic and traditional, equal parts Salt + Pepper, plus 1/4-1/2 part garlic and 1/4 part celery seed (supposedly helps with smoke ring)
