Mother Of All Whore Threads Non-VIP Edition v.1

Went to a lake 45 min from where we are called Ruby lake. Crystal clear water. Got some in my mouth and had no taste. Haven't ever seen that before.
Makes you wonder how humans are ok swimming in other water. Lake Erie is disgusting compared. Used to swim with fish fly carcasses. Lake smells like fish and is always green.

Good morning and afternoon fellas. Another dream-filled day at work full of excitement. It seems autumn is trying to settle in early this year with cool weather, clouds and rain. Other than a couple of warm days, this summer has been tremendously mild.

Really? Hmm

Edit: This is my forecast.

Mild for the PNW ^. I know some areas in the east have had some crazy hot weather.

Starting to see this happen more. I wonder what’s the reason for this is. Two nearby as well as the IS500.

Not what the buyer had in their mind the car was going to be like? Saw something else they wanted? Flipper trying to make a buck?

There is a Integra Type S on Cars and Bids now for $49,500, lol

“Unexpected family stuff”. Also recently got rid of ‘23 Type R and a ‘22 Ram TRX…

Who affords so many high priced new cars in a short period of time?
I skimmed the comments earlier, but it looked like the seller was getting a lot of hate for “flipping” cars from a number of users. Maybe he puts deposits down on a bunch of cars and just tries to make money from flipping them? Carsandbids is free to the sellers, so it costs him nothing to list and sell there.

If he sold on eBay, bring a trailer etc he’d be on the hook. Carsandbids makes the buyer pay all of the fees on top of the winning price.

Buyers pay a 4.5% commission, capped at $4,500. Sellers list for free and receive 100% of the sale price.

A lot of dealers are doing this to make extra money selling a car and get around manufacturers putting pressure on dealers to get rid of the dealer markups and 'market adjustments' that have been rampant as of late.
Basically, goes like this:
1) dealer sells a highly desirable car to an individual at MSRP.
2) almost immediately, they buy the car back at something slightly below MSRP (since it is now used) and sell the first individual a less desirable car for a very good deal.
3) dealer places the highly desirable car back on the lot as 'used' but like new (since it has some super low miles on it) but at a huge markup (market adjustment) and the manufacturers can't really say anything as the car is now 'used' so it falls under a separate category.

I think this happens a lot in Canada because dealers can't legally mark them up when new. I could be wrong.

Seen that. The used Corolla GR was double the price. The used Supras, RS3, etc. are crazy.

However, the CT4 Blackwing - no. They can’t get rid of them at below MSRP. That car had impressive stats to it but was a dud to drive. Same with the IS500 - it sounded beautiful but didn’t deliver on the experience. The used IS500 (approx 200 miles) I looked at was at MSRP.
