looks like these are for 1157 bulb base.

Damn! I poked around on their site for more than I care to admit and came up with nothing for 1157 bulbs. WTH! Thanks. Just bought these. Still would prefer the modified module; but, this could work; at least for a while.

So, these jumper harnesses for the 1157 bulbs arrived today; I took a few minutes to install and test them (parked, engine off, just battery voltage). And, overall, I'm not impressed. They work, kinda. So, this will be a temporary solution until either I can get or modify a stock flasher module to work with LEDs or I get pissed and rip them out for another option.

Issues:
-The rears had to be modified (one of the 4 tabs ground down/removed) to fit into the housing. The jumpers come with the standard 4 notch fit, the rears only required 3. The fronts went in unmodified but it wasn't easy to fit just due to the width of the tabs vs the stock openings; some jiggling things and I was able to get them to slide into the housing without breaking either.
-Even with the seal installed, the jumper harnesses fit loosely into the housing, not snug like stock. I have my doubts they'll be water tight.
-Even letting things blink/run for a few minutes, the resistors get hot to the touch; the big thing I wanted to avoid, especially near the plastic housings of the lights.
-The harnesses are basically a loop, not an extension harness coiled. The way they're connected, the male and female ends are next to each other and unless you cut/splice the wires, they cannot stretch out so I find this to reduce where you can place them and limits options for "mounting the resistors" as the manufacturer recommends.
-The male end should have a weather cap for the factory female end; this isn't shown in the pictures online so this wasn't a surprise; but, it is a disappointment for protecting the stock harness from water/corrosion.
-When I first tested all 4 corners using the hazards, one corner did not illuminate (R Rear); when I removed the housing to figure out why, it started working. When I popped it back in (after doing nothing), it stopped blinking again. I was never able to repeat the issue; but, I have my doubts that it will not reoccur.
-When I tested all 4 corners using the hazards and running lights (since my car uses the same bulbs for both, hence the 2 filament 1157 bulbs), one corner stopped blinking and only had the running light (R Front if you're curious). When I pulled it apart, tested the bulb in the factory harness to verify the issue was with the jumper harness, it worked fine; I reassembled things using the jumper harness and the problem cleared. I have no idea what caused it (maybe I just had something plugged in upside down by accident, the tolerances are pretty loose).

The good:
The preliminary test adds the necessary resistance to the circuit to use the factory (unmodified) flasher module and blink at the proper rate without cutting/splicing in resistors. That's it, they perform the basic function I bought them for. But, overall, I'm somewhat disappointed in the quality of them.

I'm not impressed.
That really sucks. I wonder what they’d say if you wrote the company? I’ve purchased a number of things from them and they’ve been of good quality (the bulbs at least so far). You got the ones from superbrightleds correct?
