Mother Of All Whore Threads Non-VIP Edition v.1

This wood will probably last 2-3 months. Although maybe shorter since it will burn faster. But it needs to dry so won't be used until next year. Ideally if love to find more free wood but chopping it all myself is proving to be very hard on my 40 year old body. It's going to take a couple more days to finish it. Probably during my time off for Christmas.

I think our thermostat is 66 or 67 degrees.
Our bedroom is 66 and the rest of the house is 67. Turn on the fireplace every now and then in the main room of the house(living, dining and kitchen all "opened" as one large room).

I tried to search for it, but I thought there was a brief conversation in this thread about making 3D printed dividers for Christmas Ornaments . . . ? Anyone remember that? Just me?

Well, I did a thing:

Now . . . to do a test print.
I talked to you about it. The cardboard inserts look just like what you have. Didn't end up putting up ornaments just yet. The new kitty is a havoc on the tree, lol

About 1/4 of the way through this pile.

Nice! I have to "clean up" in my woods from a couple trees I cut down and chopped them up but left them in the woods. I built a little storage house thing from some company crap stuff and just need to fill it up now. Might start on the clean up after Xmas/New Years.

I see what you did there . . .

Lmao I hate that I did the hand motions as soon as I read that post

Ok. I couldn't remember who it was but was pretty sure we spoke about it briefly.

Anyhow, I've printed a few sets of the dividers; unfortunately, the longer piece is 450mm long (too long for my print bed) so I had to split it into 2 pieces. But, I've printed 3 runs out of PLA, 1st run failed due to loss of adhesion. 2nd run printed fine but I found it a bit challenging to slide together/apart; plus, cleaning the raft off of it is never as easy as they show in the videos. 3rd print (which finished last night), I tweaked the design to open up the slots a slight bit more and figured since it wasn't much more than a flat piece to begin with, I printed it without the raft (to make post production clean up easier); it stuck to the bed really well and works a bit easier than the earlier design. But, I have a feeling, I'll end up needing to edit the design again as my wife wants to be able to have more adjustability for larger ornaments. Anyhow, not sure if you're still in 'need' of these but can send you the .stl files if you wanted.

How do you feel about spicy?

I'm fine with spicy.

My wife and her friend have a running joke that they can handle 'pepper' on the spicy level (Like your standard table pepper :rotfl:) but anything spicier than that they don't want it.
