Im going to put my audio system in my si but how do you tap into the factory sub so that I can use that to adjust my bass levels? do I have to get an adaptor for the RCA wires? is there a way to by pass that? Thank you. I have the 12 si
 
The easiest way that I know of is to buy / have an amp that has high level inputs on it. That way you can get the signal form the sub and have the ability to adjust the level from the head unit. They also have high/low level input converters to run rca's to the amp.
 
Thanks for the help, I wanted to change out the factory 8in sub to like a 8in kicker or something and add my sub to it. do you know where I can get the converter. man if only the navi had the sub outputs behind it would be a lot easier lol. does anybody know how to install the converter and use the rca cables? that's whats holding me back lol
