Be12nard,
My wife (she drives it primarily) has a pretty heavy foot. She has gotten as low as 29. I have gotten around 33 several times. Those are all numbers based on the computer and are comparable to the 30/39 factory rating.
This is the first car I've owned with leather seats and have read up on caring for them. I plan to keep them clean and conditioned. I guess time will tell how good of quality the leather is.
There are really only four major differences in the EX and the EXL that I can remember. 1) Leather seats 2) heated seats 3) upgraded 17" wheels 4) power driver seat. My wife has always wanted heated leather seats and I liked the wheels, so I decided that it was worth the extra ~$1500.
