Official Gun Thread

I noticed the media only gave minimal coverage on the 14 slash victims in Texas, very typical , they don't care about these kids, just their agenda. If they had used a blade with a 5 in. blade and learned where to stab, there could have been just as many deaths. What are they going to do ban knives?

All of the governments solutions are wrapped around using a band aid, If they care about kids why don't they spend the money to put seat belt harnesses in school busses?

It is not so much a band aid as it is catering to special interest groups. Death is tragic, but it annoys me that so much time, money, effort, and rhetoric is spent on isolated incidents and a handful of lives. We cannot save every single life from every possible thing that can happen. Sometimes I really hate that modern technology (aside from medical advancement) and government laws are preventing natural selection from taking its course. ...stepping off of soapbox now...

Seat belts in buses will be addressed when a bus crashes and kids are all killed or at least one is disabled for life.

Just one thing about Desert Eagles' to be aware of, If you hand load they misfire(jam) Nice to have long fingers as well, or there could be misfiring from weak grip....................... other wise great pistol

Awesome guns on here, some of the collections caused me to drool. I got rid of my S&W Sigma 9mm and purchased the M&P Shield 9mm towards the end of February. My local gun shop finally got a couple in stock and it had just came off the line and was test fired on February 5th. This is going to be my conceal carry gun. Best trigger pull out of the M&P Series.

Been plinking with my brother nearly every weekend with my S&W 15-22. I absolutely love this gun, it's accurate, ligthweight, ammo is cheap. We have also been shooting tannerite with my brothers sks and 308, man is that some fun stuff!

How do you find 22 ammo. Its so rare in Oklahoma

Yeah, it's kinda difficult to find around here also. There is a large gunstore down the street from my house so I check with them often. Last time I scored 2 100 rd. boxes when I walked in as soon as they opened one saturday morning. My brother does a lot of travelling around with his job, and check shops around the area and run into small amounts here and there and pick some up.

I'm definitely not a gun guy at all, but I went shooting for the first time with some of my ROTC buddies and I gotta say it was fun! So now I was thinking about maybe one day getting an old Mosin-Nagant to shoot some more cans with.

Get one before the prices keep getting drove up

Well this kinda puts a stop to, trying to, have world peace by stopping the sale of guns. As this shows we(world) have gotten so far advanced technically that we will soon be making our own weapons, I've seen several of these news items about these printers, also they can pass though scanners , no metal.
