Please advise on crooked spring.

Hey guys, yesterday I noticed that the rear passengerside corner of my car is sitting about a half inch lower than the rear driverside corner. I looked at the spring (HFP kit that I installed), and that spring is bowed, meaning that the downward force of the car is causing the spring to "bend" backwards a little. So it's not seater properly I think, and I bet it has something to do with the paint marker on the spring. It's pointed inwards, should it be pointed outwards? I just tried to align the spring with the rubber on the base.

So how much do you think a dealer would charge to reseat this spring for me? I doubt it would be warrantied because I did the install..
 
It's pretty difficult to have it not be seated right. It can only go in the rubber parts one way
 
Yea I was pretty careful to get it seated properly, but why would it bow and cause that part of the car to sit lower? It's been over a month since I installed it.
 
Yeah I will try and get some this weekend. It's one of those things that's difficult to capture in a picture, but I'll try
 
You could use a tape measure from the ground to the top of the wheel arch. See how they compare that way.
 
1/8" difference? It's probably the ground not being even or tire pressure if the difference is an eighth of an inch. It could be the weight of something in the trunk or a book in the backseat. That's hardly anything. Not saying something might not be wrong with the spring but get us a pic of the spring. I couldn't say with that little difference.
 
I'm running D2 coils and my right side rear spring is doing the same exact thing... it looks slightly bowed out just like he said. you can see wear on the spring like it binds when I hit a bump.
 
Yikes, I don't see any wear on mine but I'll watch for it. Sometime in the next few weeks, I'm going to get the car up in the air so I can install the progress 24. I'll be able to inspect that spring more closely, and see if I need to rotate it or something.. It just really bugs me that the car isn't perfectly symmetrical lol
 
Found my binding spring was due to a missing rear isolator. So i took advise and ditched the 9th gen rubber for 8th gen isolators.
after the fresh isolators and few minor suspension tweaks and a fresh alignment my 9th feels revived.
