The Porsche 918 set a Nurburgring record of 6:57. It is now the third fastest car in the ring. And the fastest production car to ever set 'Tires' on that track.

very very nice. I wonder how weighted that steering wheel is. Seems like you'd want a heavier and heavier feeling wheel the faster these cars get. The amount of centerline play seems like it'd be difficult to handle in numerous parts of that vid.

It has the 'Weissach Package' that makes the car weight 3616lbs. 84lbs lighter than the base model (3700lbs).

But then again, it is quite impressive breaking the 6min lap time with a 'chubby' production Hypercar.
