Radio works but no sound

I have a 2012 civic si 4dr. My problem is my premium audio fuse( the one under the hood) keeps blowing out and the radio still works. I can change the radio and stuff. Even my Bluetooth won't work.

Any suggestions what the problem can be??

Sounds Like a short somewhere. Is your radio/amp/speakers/wiring stock?
