I'm going to be going with coils so I'm going to need rear camber arms.
I would like to get some feedback on what brands are good to use from the members experience keeping in mind I would like something that will stand up to winter weather and is generally a quality product.

The SPC arms have been the most reliable from what Ive seen people use. I have a set of the Skunk2 arms and surprisingly I've had no issues. I would steer you towards the SPC ones though. You can get them extremely cheap through rockauto. The MOOG arms they sell are simply rebranded SPC arms IIRC.

There is also a possibility of a very very cheap Dorman branded arm being the same rebranded SPC arm.

These are the part numbers....

Google that and you should find a $46 Dorman control arm. It says it fits 2008 civic which, like all camber arms so far, means it should fit your car. For less than $100 it might be worth looking into.

Those are what I'm leaning towards @Nix
Thanks for the feedback!
