That's either a FWD truck, or a Four Wheel Drive truck ...or an All Wheel Drive truck...

With the driveshaft.... Gone....and some trailer wheels welded ...with no suspension...


Okay I'm gonna stop, this is falling apart the more I analyze.

You’re right. I’m guessing a 4wd truck that has the driveshaft removed and runs front wheels only

They're probably not okay with it, but passed it anyway because the driver is probably locally known as the Golden Hour Strangler.

I'm currently working on this masterpiece. If I take that wire off the battery the alternator charges at 15 volts.
