I've been thinking about doing a resonator delete on my car just to make it louder until I can afford the full exhaust I want. Any opinions?

I did this on my 2011 Si and paired that with a used axle back and I really enjoined the sound. Not ricey, cheap, and like you said it's a good steeping stone to a full exhaust. I say go for it if you don't mind cutting on your stock exhaust.
