Skunk2 Exhaust Rattle this Crazy!

My God does anybody know how fix this problem? Its Only been 2 days since I installed the exhaust and this Fu.....g rattle is really taking the fun away from this exhaust.
 
is it coming from the mid pipe? I know on my car i had a bad rattle when i put my exhaust on and it was hitting a heat shield. also really weird but a bolt coming from the body that is used to attach the mid heat shield

ahhhh man so finally did remove or trim the heat shield?
 
Its not hitting the bumper, the problem is at the mid pipe.
 
I had to trim the heat shield. I think it's three bolts to remove and trim.
 
Yep there is a little play with the rubber to maximize the separation. It's been working for about a month now. Good luck man!
