It's snowing here now. It snowed on the weekend to but it changed over to heavy rain n washed the snow away.

When you do get some significant snow you guys close all schools and everybody goes into a panic. From up here it looks hilarious. Our schools would rarely be open....hahaha

Quebec City's average snowfall is 310 cm. A few years ago we broke a record when we had over 500 cm of it.

I'd say that's cuz u guys mandate snow tires and are very prepared for lots and lots of snow. There r parts of us that do the same. But NYC isn't a snow city. It gets snow but like once in awhile. They can handle six inches but can't handle 12 inches lol.
