Squiggy's 2012 DBP II Si Coupe

2nd oil analysis. Going to change this out at 5,000 miles and probably switch to Mobile One Full Synthetic for another 5,000 miles. AmSoil is too expensive to run for such a short duration and a comparison would be nice.

I've read and read but I still really don't understand these. They always seems ambiguous and "things are wearing oddly" statements seem common. Almost like "OMG the motor is going to blow" but then it lasts 200K.

The individual aren't much of a concern. It is more about patterns with multiple analyses.

Wonder how much of that was caused by driving hard at the last dragon then. Was that oil in all year and then changed prior to this dragon?

Yeah. The AmSoil is supposed to be good for a year or 15,000 miles. I only put 10,000 on it. The way I drive the car I will probably start changing it at 7,500 miles after this next change at 5,000 miles.

So 5k on Mobil synthetic is the plan & another oil analysis?

nice action.. see isn't it nice not to be forgotten? he he So you have a big test coming? if so which 1 and are you ready?
@luckyakuma

Should probably not continue to hijack Vit's thread.

I am taking two grad classes (for a Master of Management Information Technology) and studying for the CPA exam. Taking my first section (FAR) of the CPA exam at the end of November.

Hijack Vits thread? Very cool and interesting the field you're in. You ready for the test? Feel good about them?

I moved the response to my build thread. Didn't want to continue an off-topic conversation in Vit's tuning thread.

Not even close to ready at the moment. I still have 6ish weeks though.

ahh I see what you mean Well I wish you all the best when D Day is upon you. Everything else going well with you?

Leaning toward some 18x8 TSW Sochi Forged Rotary Forged Wheels. (variation on casting)

NO.

I thinks NO.

Almost $300 for a cheap cast wheel? I'm not saying it's a bad wheel but I am not a fan of TSWs unless they are a really good deal. I saw them listed between $250-300 each.

Enkei Kojins are a similar looking black 5-spoke and they are on sale in an 18x8.5 in a +40 or +45 for $225 each on vivid racing right now.

I bet you could get SSR GTV wheels for close to $300 each. Vivid has them listed at $390 each but says to call for best price. And you know SSRs and Enkei are both high quality wheels.
