Static When Operating Windows

Every time I open/close the windows, there seems to be a static noise coming out of the speakers. Is it just me, or is it a common thing with 9th Gen Civics?

That static noise happens when I unlock and lock my doors. I believe there is a bother forum about this on 9thgen and it seems as if its a common problem.

Thanks. Do you know if there is a fix for this, or do I just have to live with it?
 
I haven't spoken to the dealer yet but the post is on this site. Use the search and look for clicking noise from speakers. We're not the only ones suffering from this but we will get through it together lol.

Haha I'm glad I'm not alone on this. And thanks! I kept searching for "static" related keywords with no results haha
 
I started to notice a pop in my speakers when my doors unlock this week. I've had my '13 for a month and a half and never noticed it before. It could have been happening all along and I didn't notice but I doubt it.

My '12 didn't do it.
 
Mine gives static only when I'm playing XM radio. Comes and goes but glad to hear I'm not the only one with this issue.
