Steering Wheel Spacer

Hello everyone,
I want to add a steering wheel spacer to get it come out about 0.5" ~ 1" farther.
At 5'10" my legs are too long for it to hit the clutch comfortably and steering wheel is too far from me when I move my seat back.
Anyone know how to take off the steering wheel and how it mounts onto the hub?

Have you tried the adjustment lever and pull the steering wheel towards you?
