we need an art thread it sounds like... or keep this one going as an art thread. I would love to see more work people have done. I haven't painted in quite some time.

Ken - did you take any classes in HS or College for art?

I have never had any formal training, and can remember always being able to paint/draw since early elementary school (2nd/3rd grade).

My art teacher in HS recommended I go into art, but I decided that engineering would be a better bet for my future.

Engineering has worked out very well, but who knows what might have happened if I studied art.

Not really. I was more interested in working on cars, building things, hanging out with friends, chasing girls, etc.

NICE art evone!

I took classes in HS and was accepted to the Art Institute in Cincinnati but decided to go to college local with my girlfriend who later became my wife. I'll take some pics and post some of the stuff I've drawn.
