Say what?!

A Ferrari 458 selling for $290,000 on eBay isn't news. When you put $1,000,000 Vossen Precision Forged Wheels on it, then it becomes news.

I'd put these on a cheap track car. :D 6lb each and the whole set will be around $10k - $12k.

There's no possible way that a set of wheels can cost $1million. Even a set of full carbon fiber wheels is only worth 1% of those Vossens. Maybe if the Vossens are made of Unobtainium or Adamantium, then it would make sense (which still won't since they don't exist).

These are 6lbs each? That's pretty wild.

But still... they could be made of solid platinum encrusted with diamonds and not be worth $1,000,000.

6lbs per wheel sure is wild. You should buy a $25k-$30k car and get those Wedsport CF wheels!

Those are pretty cool.

If in fact, the Vossen wheels are worth a million, that just goes to show a sucker a minute is born and somebody got suckered into paying way too much for those wheels.

It must be Dustin Beavers .... :D

I call marketing nonsense on these wheels. The wheels on the 458s in the racing series around the world don't cost that much for a set. Reading the story is +1 for Vossen's "viral" marketing campaign.
