Hey guys I was wondering how much work would need done if I run bc coilovers with 17x9 +25 with 215/45/17 tires

That setup is actually no problem. Depending how much camber you run you shouldnt have to do much work really. The only concern I have is the tire size...I've known a few guys with that same setup on their 9ths and they dealt with a little rubbing. You might not be able to go as low as you want without rolloing fenders but a 205 tire would be perfect and you would not have to roll. I ran x9 and x9.5 with 205s and never had to roll and never had any issues. the only thing that happened was I would hit the fender to the wheel on hard bumps, but not often.

Don't run a 35 series. the correct circumferences for tires on 17" wheels should be a 45 series. Myself, and others run a 40 just for fitment reasons, but going to a 35 series for a 17" tire is not good. you can do a 215/40, but a 215/45 would be cheaper, and then if you went with a 205/40 its way cheaper than that. I just bought my Falken 912s 205/40 for 69.99 a tire at our local DiscountTire...
