Swelling has gone down big time.

Took those Sunday night so about 13 days after surgery.

Since i got the staples out Monday i feel alot better.

Yes Sir you do lol, It's now washed off and waxed And yes i'm in a good mood. I'm at I'm now up to 108 flexion -5 extension and i can bend my knee back 105 degrees, Not bad only being out 15 days.

Yeah, I'm in a dedicated exercise program now due to my hip replacement, and staying fairly fit.

Probably one of the upsides to what happened to me.
