LOL...... Lets see if you can do 200.... If I saw 170 on the dyno I would know that its wrong and the shop needs to re-calibrate there machine..
Oh cheaper.. Hmmm I don't need new pads yet but I think when I need a new set I'm going to get rotors also. I bought OEM blanks for the front and I'm not happy with them (well they do the job) but when you see me on Saturday I will show you the rust color around the middle part (not on the actual rotor where the brake pads are)

Like I said Jeff go to Pep-Boys and get a set of Pro-Stop Ceramics and call it day....
Ran Pep-Boys in my Subie and Toyota as well... Sooooo

Jeff, all oem subaru rotors rust like that, I had ate slotted rotors on my prelude and they have some sort of anti corrosion coating on them.
