Yeah that's a good idea. I guess I need to think about myself more and take time off... but I worry about my team being short..

Damn! I put time on the "Group" Calendar to have off Thursday/Friday and the Monday after but haven't emailed the boss yet but I'm sure it won't be a problem.
I have 21 days of Vacation (they list it as hours but I did the conversion) and 9 days of COMP time (they list it as hours but I did the conversion)
Morning came too early.... As a good morning when your 5 yr old nephew wakes you up by saying Uncle Nathan are you awake over and over again....lol

do your managers worry about the team when they take their time off? (unlikely) So here is a plan for you.... take a week off for the dragon and i'll take you on some dragon runs (dragon school so to speak) that way when JasonPA arrives, he won't have much to sayDamn! I'm sure they worry a bit but not as much as I worry.. They make sure we maintain coverage because if not they will hear it from the Director/Deputy Director... :/
they make sure that someone is there to work... but not them! hahaha. Better use that time!
