HAH! Dawn, this was the guy who had the built to **** STi and the base WRX to DD. I called Lynn. They're asking 28k for that USED with miles on it. Someone got dicked, the car brand new is 26k.

Its a Premium isn't it? What sort of fat hookah are they smoking over there? Pricing like that and Perry's inability to budge on a sticker are precisely WHY when it comes time to replace the Landshark, I'm taking my happy big butt back to Jersey OR I'm going to NC but NOT buying here in rapetheconsumerville. Screw that.

Just a base WRX. Nothing special, I remember you talking to him about that and him saying he had a "few" laying around. Apparently he was trying to sell it himself and he put it on the lot.

The car is really clean, need a good detailing, but other wise completely stock. Nothing done at all to it. I talked them a few thousand when I bought my car also. Also, with them getting more and more into the states now after Japans factories have recovered mostly from the earthquake/tsunami they are able to dealer order what they want now. So that will help with negotiating prices with more cars on the lot and the need to sell them.

On a side note, scheduled a full exterior detailing at Shine Car Shine. They are super cool and do really good work from what they showed me. Its a family owned business. They were working on an Escalade that was recently washed in well water, the thing was supposed to be white, but looked like rust was seeping through all the paint and the chrome was tarnished. They had one side done and it looked brand new. Also had a Civic in there and it was completed, the paint was soooooo smooth and deep looking.
 
People that say this **** piss me off! This guy is a complete jackoff who argues everything anyone says in this thread. I really hope he plows his car into a moving train, escapes with minimal bodily injury with one exception... loss of typing skills. Maybe then he'll STFU!

Sounds like a real douche canoe. I looked into an STi, and was talked out of it. Had I been able to talk them into 33k OTD, with me putting 3k down, my bank offered me 460/mo for 6 years. So as long as Subaru would have gone to 36k OTD (33k bank loan, and 3k down) I could have been in an STi for 45 a month more than my SI.

But then again, my SI is financed for 5 years, not 6.

update: found the cause of my month long mysterious suspension noise, JasonVA pay attention. turns out the locating collars of the whiteline rsb were offset, causing the bar to be mounted about 3/8" offset. the top bolt of my kartboy endlink and top housing of the oem link were hitting and scraping the bottom of the spring seat on the strut. I realigned the bar and noise is totally gone :woot:
