Does $30 each sound right to dismount and remount tires? I remember paying like $12 or $15 each in Denver... Cheapest I've found now is $26. Just seems more than I remember, but maybe I'm wrong

I think it's asinine to pay that much for some jackass redneck to thunk them on there. I don't mind paying that for someone I know will do a good job, but I just don't trust the average tire shop worker.

what does a dealership charge? there is no premium shops around?
 
Josh's dealer wants $40 each. I just found a shop that comes highly recommended to some locals I know pretty well on NASIOC. They will do it for $20 each. Score. Going in tomorrow.
 
That was my thought as well. That's nearly half the cost of a tire itself. I'm dropping the car off tomorrow morning for them to mount while I go look at houses. :thumbsup:
