Went ahead and upgraded to the oem sti (08-17) brembos. Painted gold with caliper paint from g2.
Had to add 15mm spacer for the rpf1 to clear up front.

Yeah I semi tried to replicate the oe style. I bought remaned oe calipers that were raw aluminum. I think they came out OK, not perfect if you look close though.

Yeah she likes the Maverick.

We (I) had a '22 Ascent Limited as a loaner Monday and Tuesday.

A: Nice power
B: Horrible MPG - put around 80 miles on it (mix of city/highway but probably more city) and got 21.4
C: Too big of a vehicle
D : It had the Harmon Kardon Audio package and the wife loved that lol

It is a big ride for 2 people (in my opinion). If you had a bunch of kids it’d be different. Did you test out the cooling seats?

Nope. I did test the heated steering wheel out. It was weird. Didn't care for it. Granted it was only 42* in the morning lol

I wish they had something bigger than a Forester but smaller than the Ascent.

Oh man....must have in leather seats. That mini van I drove a bit had them.....so nice.
