I'm hoping it's not like my company that gives promotions but with no raise

Well I got the promotion in March and I already got the raise. But if it was like that then I would have bitched about not getting a raise.
Ouch. Here they pro-rate it. Like if I got my promotion on March 17th (don't know the exact day) and the raise doesn't start til April 20th then I get the days from March 17th - April 20th with the new rate.
So what have I missed on here?

Yea, I got a promotion and they didn't give me a raise from 7 months and then it was a 7 months of back pay they had to give me.....lol
Yeah I don't get why they would wait.. It's hard on them in the end because they have to give it to you at one time.. :shrug: Oh well there problem. lol

Dawn got sways and a headliner, provided the seller isn't a flake.
Jason ordered a bigger sway bar and is curious as to if anyone else wants to buy his OEM STi one.

Oh yeah, and the lady at Subaru is bribing me with an 11 Red STi, so I have been beating the hell out of my car to remind my of why I bought it and don't need anything else

Cause one of the big bosses who used to be my supervisor has hated me since day 2 of my employment and just didn't tell the whole truth to HR.... Head of HR saw me working off site one day and asked me what I was doing her and when I told there she had no idea I was promoted.....lol
