I scored a Type R transmission from a 2005 Honda Integra from Japan and I was just wondering if it would bolt up to my K24 and the benefits would be a good upgrade for it? thanks for any input

Yeah my 4th clutch is about to go out lol. I wanna change the tranny so I can open up my stock one just for shits and giggles.

1st: 3.267,
2nd: 2.040,
3rd: 1.429,
4th: 1.073,
5th: 0.830,
6th: 0.647,
Gearing is at least pretty similar, but it looks like the si is geared a bit taller (maybe for better mpg) in higher gears? I don’t think anyone is going to have an answer as to if it’d bolt up. You’re on new ground.
