I saw this on a car on the road and had to stop to get a pic. It looked horrible. I was almost expecting to find fish swimming around inside of it.

yeah for sure.. but unless it's splashing around and makes contact, it'd just be humidity in there. Dude had a big crack on the front of the light - but it didn't look like a gaping hole. It never rains in the Pacific North West so I have no idea how that water got in there
