what are these icons?

first, the question(s).
before turning the engine over and activating the electronics of the car, these icons come up. This normal, possible out of the ordinary? I don't have a OBD scanner handy so I was wondering what these could mean if they should be of any importance.

second, I'm brand new to Honda with no prior experience with the brand. Got on Monday of this week a 2013 civic Lx, CPO w/ 305xx miles. it does have it's orginal facorty warrenty left, so this is why it is slightly important to me to find out before it ends, in late april.
I do apologize if this posting is in the wrong secion or area, as I am also new to the site.

Normal I would say. Pretty sure I see those before cranking mine.

If they turn off after you start the car, that is normal. It just goes through a systems check right before you start your car.

PS light on cause we have electronic power steering that needs a certain voltage that isn't present by just battery power. Same with the battery light, anything under 12.6-12.8v will pop it on and with no alternator output it stays on. The oil pressure light is on due to the oil pump/motor not running to create the amount of oil pressure needed to turn it off and the CEL on every car stays on until you start the vehicle. There's a little more explanation as to why but as previously stated, all normal.
