My lady is an ex-chef, so I eat well. Last night was a grease night, had cheese burgers with thick bacon with toppings available: lettuce, sautéed onions, sliced guacamole, tomatoes. Then a side of seasoned thick cut fries.

I'm making BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes, rutabaga and probably peas or corn
 
Buffaloaf (like regular meatloaf but with buffalo meat)

you need to have buffalo, and bison, you can sometimes find it in the meat section at your grocery

ostrich is tasty, and reindeer is worth trying too

I've had bison burgers. Very lean.

I've had ostrich chili also. It was very good!!

Never had reindeer.

I dont know what I'm eating tonight... I'm lazy today!

I've had a bison burger... was pretty good. Had a turkey wrap tonight
 
never had buffallo but have had bison,moose and elk

for dinner we had baby back ribs with a brown sugar maple flavor bbq sauce :drooling::drooling::drooling::drooling:

wife isn't a professional cook but dang she does cook good :bighug:
 
Tonight was london broil, potatoes and salad.

so nice being home, i dont have to cook every night
