Learned to make beurre blanc and rouge, as well as french onion soup in school today. Got home and make a potatoe leek thick soup with julienned vegetables.

Had some product id and tasting at class as well.

Just made it as I went..with homemade wine sauce

Cooked linguini in ragu sauce with peppers, onions, carrots, and sausage. So yum! Forgot to take a pic. Wants too try a pie too.
