combination of heat and the bread didnt occupy as much surface area as normal
 
Learned to make beurre blanc and rouge, as well as french onion soup in school today. Got home and make a potatoe leek thick soup with julienned vegetables.

havnt made anything worth taking a picture of lately
 
It wasn't bad. Wish I had the decorative edge tool. Next time...twisting the weave :D
