It's marginal at best. Adding the herbs + pepper helped a lot though

a few years ago i experimented with some pretty decent dairy free rice based cheeses, i found a couple brands that melted nicely, and a couple that were good for tacos and stuff where you just needed shredded cheese, ill see if i can find it again
