What are you having for dinner?

My mom cooked like this when I was growing up, it's all I've known so its how I end up doing it for myself and friends

I bet pho would be good for me right now, been sick so I haven't had solid food since Saturday
 
Top Round Roast or Chuck Roast. Italian Seasoning. Extra Hot Giardiniera. Throw them all together in a Slow Cooker for twelve hours. Shred with two forks, then serve on fresh Italian bread. Amazing.

im making Chorizo burgers and a salad, no idea what to put on the burgers though
