Worst Luck

Rear ended. Damages minimal, but I do need touch up paint. Where would i find this?

Dealer... although it may look very minimal at first, I would take it to a bodyshop since insurance will be paying. Once the bumper cover is removed there may be hidden damage to items like the bumper beam, energy absorbing foam, even the rear trunk structure. It wouldn't take much to break the paint and / or seam sealer, even though it looks superficial.
