This is going to make me go check my filter to see what it looks like...

With my '07 WRX I definitely didn't change the cabin air filter that often and could tell (musky smell inside). So with this car I'm probably going to do it around 12k miles (service manual says) or sooner. It's like $25 for both the engine and cabin air filters total.. not bad.

I noticed on Subaru website that you can get STI Performance exhaust for WRX. I doubt that there is any performance increase without ECU tuning. It cost $1162:iough:

If anything I will be getting q300 again I love the way it sounds on my Si.

STi Performance Exhaust = SPT Exhaust (no performance upgrade. ZERO what so ever)
Q300 is the quietest (or maybe 2nd quietest after the STi Performance) exhaust available for the WRX. Q300 is around $1,000....

I have the Nameless axleback (mufflered version) and I enjoy it.

The stock exhaust on the new WRX's are too quiet in my opinion. There was a 15' WRX with the cvt at the autocross this last weekend and it barely had an exhaust note even at full throttle. The 15' STI that was there had more exhaust noise, but im pretty sure they had something aftermarket installed.

Just gonna leave this here

It's loud enough for me and I'm sure it doesn't drone at highway speeds.

Come on now @Michal006 you should know YouTube videos aren't a good comparison...

I'm disappointed in you.

My buddy has the Q300 catback matted to a invidia catless J pipe and its still quieter than mine! It's not worth the $1,000 price tag.

Maybe you are partially deaf:giggle:;) To me it's perfectly good sounding exhaust, but for your sake I will need to find out how the Nameless exhaust sounds in person.:shady: How much did you pay for yours?

Anyway what exhaust did you have before? I remember you complaining that it was too loud for you. Was it also Namless with muffler delete?

Bought both used.

Nameless Muffler Delete (3" tips) - too loud for me and didn't sound that good to me

Nameless 5" Muffler (3.5" tips) - sounds good. I'm sure I would be fine with the 4" mufflers. I would have bought 4" Muffler version if I bought one brand new.

Brand new the version I have it around $670 shipped.. I paid $350 shipped which included the exhaust, Perrin shifter stop, OEM oil filter, clamps for the hoses (suppose to be better than stock clamps - quite a bit of '15 owners do it), Perrin brass shifter bushing and that's it I think
