Found this gem on autotrader. 27k miles. I couldnt get the link to copy. Don't know if he'll get anyone to buy it, but them miles tho! Still overpriced, seems to be a trend for any of them with less than 100k...

Been out the last couple of days shopping mattresses. Holy hell they got expensive. $3000 typical for a king size bed. Yikes!
Yeah, i just got a mid grade, queen size sleep number mattress and it was over $5k...beds are worth spending money on though.

Look into the Purple/Casper/Dromma/Tuft and Needle/Leesa style of mattress. I LOVE my Dromma. Honestly the best purchase I've ever made. They're much more cost efficient and sleep great. My Cal King was just over $1K. And it's the oversized deep one. I think 14in maybe. And they all have some type of sleep guarantee. If you don't like it, you usually get a full refund and they'll come pick it up for free.

Our Queen we bought a few months ago was $2300.

We laid on the purple, purple 2, purple 3 and purple 4 at the mattress store and didn't like them

yeah. We looked at those too, king size went up to about $7000. The big thing was those adjustable bases, that’s $1500-3000 depending on the brand.

I was just shocked at the price of a mattress and a box spring. Other mattresses were junk. We saw a Purple mattress and it felt weird and cheap like you could feel the material under the mattress cover. Then there were even more expensive beds.

We ended up getting a Stearns and Foster mattress but that was still $3000.

Agreed. Purple is odd, but it sleeps cooler due to the honeycomb design I think. Mine is closer to a Casper design.

Happy new year guys...and potentially gals? Anywho, i was at work until 1230 this morning and will be working 12 hour shifts until potentially through the weekend. All aboard the overtime train! After having to take time off in the morning to get my car registered on the last possible day and then paying $500ish for registration, yeah, i think I'm ok with overtime. Hope y'all have a great start to the new year!

My 2014 Tacoma costs nearly $500 to register. Voters in Washington passed a measure that would lower registration costs but the state legislature, Supreme Court and the mayor of Seattle are blocking it from being implemented.

Yeah. Property tax is 1.1% of the "fair market value" of the vehicle. That's where the rub is. My 2014 Tacoma that I bought for $31,500 straight off the lost in 2014 still appraises over that price for registration costs. Add in the tag fees, agency fees, weight fees, the costs certainly soar. Back in 2015 before the new registration law went into place, it was 0.3% of the KBB value of the vehicle.

New law in 2019 that passed limited registration fees to $30 except in counties that passed higher taxes and then it would be the agreed upon percentage based on the KBB value of the vehicle. Lots of misinformation that it was just $30 car registration. That misinformation is what the politicians are holding it up for. They're trying to say that it takes away all of their revenue. I look at it and say that it takes away that $100 overvaluation of my vehicles.
