Ecu warmin up its normal start up sequence i had questions bout this also and was told its normal

Winter tires r not performance summer tires !!!!!!!!! Treads alot higher and deeper so more rubber to move around on between ur car and the road dont expect f1 handleing from winter tires !!!!!!! Lol

Yes i noticed more response in the revs i replaced it trying to get rid or a bad cat/backfire possibly???????? And after install only when she starts cold it the exhaust pops when u rev it and its boggy like its being restricted by one of the cats !!!!! Im thinkin the primary/downpipe cat...
