was there any splicing that went on to install those gauges, especially around the steering wheel harnesses? that sort of behavior seems like something is interrupting the digital communication to the tach
no i dont know him, just happened to find the pic when i was trying to see how the sport wheels would look on the car.
I like the TL-s wheels more though, gain the extra width with almost no weight gain per wheel, the sport wheels are heavy as hell
best i can do is similar to @Nix if time allows haul *** down as soon as i can and stay till i have to leave, but at best itd be friday night leaving sunday. Regardless as soon as i can ill send some money to @Nomar06 and you guys can at least buy some beer or something if i dont make it
i do have a harbor freight nearby, been holding off going in there cause i have no money (grad school) and still have to deal with that gravel driveway. I think a bottle jack might be a better call for the gravel driveway but i also only have a year left in school and really should be working on...
So the upper arms are still on my shelf, my jack is shot so i cant get the car up
But i did change the tired steering wheel leather out for a redline goods wrap
gave the car a thorough detail and paint correction
and took a picture that just made me happy
Latest update is there is no update, car is still sitting. Dad found a bubble in the hood so that might be going out for paint again, it looks like the paint never adhered to the metal. If the paint shop stripped the zinc plating on the steel during prep im gonna be a very unhappy customer...
