2013 Trunk lid on a 2012

So, there seems to be a lot more out for the 2013+ trunk. Will the trunk lid from a 2013 fit on a 2012 and still look good?

what are you ultimately trying to do? The 2013 si sedan trunk has brake lights built into it

From my research we can do a swap from a 12 rear to a 13. I haven't seen it done but everything looks interchangeable. I was going to do this but the cost for the parts are way too much.

Yeah, if it happens it will be everything. But if it's too much I'll just do something else.

$450 for trunk
$400 for rear bumper
$300 tailights
$50 inner tailights
$150 rear diffuser
$200 rear spoiler

Yeah sorry I didn't clarify. MSRP OEM parts will definitely be more.
I was looking at used parts off junk yards and aftermarket parts.
