Adding rear door speakers

I have 2013 Honda Civic lx was wondering if I can add speakers to the rear doors. If so can you tell me what size would fit.

The si doesn't even have rear door speakers in the sedan. I haven't seen any pics of the rear door panel removed that I can think of. It's likely a metal frame without any type of speaker cutout (since no other trim has speakers there). It would take a lot of custom work to make that happen and look clean.
