I've had DDM HIDs for less than a year and a couple of months into using them I had already started to run into problems. I would turn the switch and they would turn on for a sec and then both turn off. I'd actually have to turn the switch off and turn it back on for them to be working. Up until yesterday that was the case. Yesterday one bulb just refused to work while the other was actually turning on fine (didn't have to turn the switch off and on to get it to work).

Yup, good going with the XenonDepot Xtreme buy though

Hey Lazaro.... do you have a wiring harness and relay that plugs into the stock wiring? That sounds like a relay problem. I have the same symptoms every few months with my retrofit setup. I keep spare relays in the glovebox. It's a $5 part. Worth trying to see if it fixes stuff for ya.

Mine get the needs a couple on-offs to work, one side lights the other doesnt, blah blah blah. When it happens with one on one off open the hood and listen by each light. You should be able to hear the buzzing noise coming from the ballast of the lit one. If the side off is not buzzing its not getting power so its probably wiring/relay.

Sometimes squeezing the relay onto the harness a little harder helps temporarily. I've gotten home from work more than once doing that.

Well my setup doesn't have the harness as I have seem many folks omitting it in their setup as well. I ended up going for the XenonDepot Xtreme like I had told SiEntusiast. I know a lot of folks have had luck with these cheaply priced HIDs from China but I don't want to take anymore chances with that. These are my second set of HIDs that decide to misbehave so I rather nip this in the butt now and not have to worry about it later.

I just ordered a relay harness from eBay for like $5 to test that. If it works then I'll either give the DDM kit to my fiance (if she wants them) or giving them to SiEnthusiast lol

How do you like the Xenondepot kit? any problems so far? How's reliability?
I haven't received them yet. They should be coming in on Monday afternoon/evening and I'll probably get around to installing them during the weekend. I'll post updates when I get them.

Xenondepot kit should be coming in this afternoon. Will post later today or tomorrow with my opinion on it's quality and then again whenever the kit is finally installed.
