DFW--Where to get a down pipe installed??

Just got a Full Race downpipe.

Jotech quoted me $275 to install. That is ridiculous!!

I'd do it myself if I had access to a lift.

Anyone know a garage that will do it around DFW for less??

you happen to own plastic ramps or jack stands?

Not right now, I have in the past. Wasn't even sure if the plastic stands/ramps could get the car off the ground high enough to do it. I have tools, though.

ramps or jack stands are doable. I believe both users who did DIYs used them without issue

That is about three hours of labor which if you were to look at the standard times for the job would be about right. Not really ridiculous.

I feel that pain man. Apt living sucks for car enthusiasts. $275 is steep but that shop will probably do it right. They do have a very good rep.
