^ My guess was that about half of it was going to be left.

@ :14 they mention the suprising strength of the Smart car. Euro versions must be extremely different then because I'm fairly certain the IIHS and/or the NHTSA gave it the worst possible rating on either of their scales.

What I read was more recent than that; I think it was from just last year or so.
